I would like to know for joining in new job as per the order if it is a Karinal, any parikaaram must be done. In view of the new assignment, in the house in addition to routine worhip of god, prayer to Kuladeivam is made before going to the new job. Actually what is the meaning of Karinaal, though it is coming on Panchami, Anusham star and Siddhayogam on 28th March.2016
