Odd -even may not reduce pollution , but definitely reduces congestion.
Many govt types have a holiday on odd or even day .Probably good for all with savings. Anyway it is a non performing govt . It hardly matters if these employees go to offices
Private fellows can afford to book taxis or car pool.
Children have their own buses.
Overall not a bad idea.
Thats why no one is complaining
Housewives get stuck home and do not roam around the city doing uproductive activity.
